The Phi tập trung Artificial Intelligence Association (DAIS) has been formed by eight projects to address the risks of AI industry monopolized by tech giants, according to PANews on September 18. DAIS, chaired by Michael Casey, former Chief Content Officer of CoinDesk, has eight founding members, including CETI AI, FIL Foundation, Bloq, Hypercycle, Morpheus, Hemi, Odyssey, and Lumerin. The goals of DAIS are to raise funds for the Phi tập trung AI field, promote AI regulatory policy development, popularize education in Phi tập trung AI, and develop algorithms for distributed learning models. Casey pointed out that the current control of data, computing power, and regulatory agencies by tech giants must promote the development of AI Phi tập trung.
