Gold Finance reported that Anchorage Digital CEO Nathan McCauley stated that in January 2023, their partner bank stated that they would no longer work with them because they were engaged in Kripto Para business. It is reported that Anchorage itself is a federally chartered bank and undergoes OCC scrutiny, but its eligibility to participate in banking business has been revoked due to involvement in Kripto Para.
