Abstract generation in progress

ChainCatcher news, the latest Blockchain salary survey by Pantera Capital shows that salaries in the encryption industry will rise across the board in 2024, with the proportion of those accepting stablecoin salaries reaching 9.6%, three times higher than last year, with USDC being the most popular. Engineers' salary increases were significant, with junior and mid-level positions rising by 25.6% and 14.5%, respectively. The survey covered 1,600 practitioners, of which 72% were international employees, and 82% maintained remote work, with the proportion of in-office work slightly rising to 6%. The data shows that the Web3 industry values skills more than degrees, with an MBA degree resulting in a slight decrease in salary, and women in marketing/operations earning more than men.
