Deutsche Telekom MMS becomes a network node operator for Nillion's privacy-enhancing technology.

Gate News bot message, Deutsche Telekom MMS becomes a Nillion privacy-enhancing technology network ( PetNet ) Node operator, as one of the first corporate participants in the initial PetNet multi-party computing cluster.

According to reports, PetNet is a decentralized network built for secure, private data storage and blind computation. It utilizes longer computing (MPC) technology, allowing encrypted data to be processed without exposing the underlying information, thus providing a unique privacy-first data processing approach.

Unlike public chains, the nodes in PetNet do not validate public transactions. Instead, each node stores and/or processes individual fragments of encrypted data, ensuring that no single operator can access the complete data. This design allows sensitive data to be securely stored and computed in a distributed system, which is not achievable in traditional blockchain architectures.
