[The Ukrainian court ordered the transfer of assets involved in the case from the CEX account to the Asset Recovery and Management Agency] The Kyiv Pechersk District Court of Ukraine ruled to transfer the virtual assets seized in a major fraud and illegal gambling investigation to the State Asset Recovery and Management Agency (ARMA). The assets involved come from a Wallet registered on the encryption exchange CEX, owned by a Ukrainian national (ОСОБА_6), suspected of laundering money through unlicensed platforms such as rollbit.com. The total value of the seized assets exceeds 500 million hryvnias, far exceeding the regulatory threshold. These assets cover a variety of cryptocurrencies: Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, Solana, and Tether (USDT), distributed across multiple sub-accounts associated with the main user ID of the exchange. The total amount of various seized cryptocurrencies exceeds 500 million hryvnias, far exceeding the national regulatory threshold established by Ukrainian law. The court's ruling also requires the exchange, registered as Nest Services Limited in Seychelles, to execute this asset transfer and cooperate with Ukrainian authorities. ARMA is expected to sell these assets through the official electronic auction platform to fulfill its duty of managing seized properties and returning their value to the national budget.
