YZi Labs launches the EASY Residence global incubation program with a single investment amount of 500,000 USD.

Gate.io News bot message, YZi Labs officially announced the investment terms details of its global incubation program EASY Residence. This program focuses on startups in the Web3 and AI fields, providing a total investment support of $500,000 for each selected project.

Investment funds will be disbursed in two stages: the first stage provides $150,000 in the form of a Simple Agreement for Future Equity (SAFE) to acquire 5% equity and related rights; the second stage will add an unlimited SAFE investment of $350,000 in the next round of financing after the demo day.
