Meitu founder Cai Wensheng invested 650 million HKD in the acquisition of a Hong Kong commercial building to create an AI-Web3 entrepreneurship center.

According to Gate.io News bot, the Hong Kong Commercial Daily reported that Meitu founder Cai Wensheng acquired the "PARK AURA" building in Hong Kong's Tin Hau district for approximately 650 million HKD. The building was completed in 2020 and has a total of 25 floors.

Cai Wensheng announced through social media that the commercial building will be transformed into an AI-Web3 entrepreneurship center. According to the plan, the 1st and 2nd floors will open an AI-themed café and set up a space for technical lectures; some floors will be planned as AI-Space shared office areas, providing free access to Hong Kong entrepreneurs; the remaining floors will be used to establish studios in the AI and Web3 fields.
