Encryption Reporter: The jury in the Roman Storm case is deadlocked on some charges.
Odaily News Encryption reporter Eleanor Terrett stated on the X platform that the jury in the Roman Storm case has today reported a deadlock on some of the charges. Judge Failla immediately issued an Allen charge, instructing the jury to deliberate again. If the deadlock persists, the court will accept partial verdicts, and the government may refile charges on the remaining counts. The results of the jury's renewed deliberation are currently pending.
