I will definitely speculate on the concept of RWA, but I won't catch a falling knife with coin stocks, regardless of whether it's Robinhood or anyone else issuing them. Risking a drop to zero to earn money that can be made in the stock market is not worth it. Moreover, many brokers now offer commission-free trading for U.S. stocks. If coin stocks have a 0.1% fee or on-chain transactions have a 1% fee, I really can't see any advantages.
