WHITE SCORPION has started selling GameFi collaboration NFTs on KDDI's 'αU market'.

Digital Entertainment Asset Pte. Ltd., which develops a GameFi and problem-solving game platform, announced on June 23 that it has started selling a special support item "Flag Item (NFT)" in collaboration with the idol group "WHITE SCORPION," produced by Yasushi Akimoto, for its smartphone game app "Community Wars."

Sales have started at noon on the same day through the NFT marketplace "αU market" provided by KDDI Corporation. Prices are set widely from 500 yen to a maximum of 450,000 yen based on rarity.

"WHITE SCORPION" is an idol group produced by Yasushi Akimoto. In this collaboration, each member becomes a community leader and presents their "dream they want to realize (how they will use the 1 million yen funding)" as a pledge. Fans can participate in the community of the member they want to support, creating a system to help realize their favorite member's dream.

The flagship items for sale (NFT) feature special marks designed by each member themselves, positioning them as digital support items that stand apart from traditional idol merchandise.

In this sale, we are utilizing "αU market" operated by KDDI. KDDI is expanding its Metaverse and Web3 services through the "αU (Alpha U)" brand, and this collaboration presents an opportunity for DEA to expand its reach to a new customer base.

The payment methods supported are credit card and au Kantan Payment, and it is necessary to download the αU wallet in advance to make a purchase.

Strengthening fan engagement with luxurious benefits

DEA offers luxurious benefits for buyers in the "αU market." During the period, customers who purchase eligible items will have a chance to win a set of an original T-shirt signed by the "WHITE SCORPION" members and a signed Cheki through a lottery.
