As part of the merger between Immutable X and Immutable zkEVM, staking for Immutable X will end on June 19. Since the launch of IMX staking, the IMX Eco Fund has distributed 4.8 million IMX rewards, averaging 67,605 IMX issued weekly on Immutable X.
Starting from June 19, 00:00 UTC, IMX holders on Immutable zkEVM will be able to stake and earn IMX rewards for their active participation.
Staking occurs every two weeks, and users must trade NFTs on the market using the Immutable zkEVM order book during the period to participate in staking.
The total rewards for IMX include 20% of the 2% protocol fee charged by Immutable on each NFT transaction. The staking rewards will be distributed proportionally based on the total amount of IMX staked and the staking duration over a two-week period.
