Nasdaq has officially submitted the sample form 19b-4 to the public registration book of the SEC, proposing the listing of the spot ETF SUI issued by 21Shares. This event marks the official start of the approval process for the SUI ETF in the American market.
This move follows the S-1 filing that 21Shares submitted in April, demonstrating a strong commitment to expanding the presence of the Sui ecosystem in institutional investment. Previously, 21Shares successfully listed an ETP product based on SUI on the Euronext Paris and Amsterdam exchanges, attracting a significant increase in capital flow this year.
Strong growth momentum of the Sui ecosystem
Currently, more than 300 million USD has been invested in ETP products related to SUI globally. The expansion into the American market is expected to boost liquidity and provide wider access to investors for this emerging Layer 1 ecosystem.
In addition to 21Shares, a series of major organizations such as Franklin Templeton, VanEck, Grayscale, Canary Capital, and Ant Financial have also participated in deploying products or investment initiatives based on Sui technology since Q4/2024.
