According to Gate News bot, Bryan Pellegrino, co-founder of LayerZero, has questioned the volume data of the cross-chain communication protocol Hyperlane. Bryan Pellegrino pointed out that there are specific addresses making $24,000 round-trip transactions every 30 seconds, creating false trading volume.
Hyperlane responded that the relevant transaction behavior comes from users who pursue HYPER rewards and has nothing to do with the protocol party. Bryan Pellegrino further pointed out that there is an unfair distribution of Hyperlane token rewards. It is worth noting that LayerZero has implemented large-scale anti-Sybil measures when it previously conducted token airdrops.
