The text implies that the ecosystem needs to be implemented, and prices set, how did you interpret it? Is a hundred million dollars going to be played people for suckers on the exchange? If it was to play people for suckers, it would have been done a long time ago. A child says they need to go to the bathroom, and they would have already messed their pants, yet still being led by the rhythm, not thinking about the logic.
