Abstract generation in progress

According to Wu, developers have decided to remove EOF from the Fusaka upgrade, as reported by Tim Beiko. The reasons for removal are as follows: risks regarding the Fusaka timeline (all teams agree that launching PeerDAS as soon as possible is a top priority), uncertainty regarding the impact of EOF technology, and procedural issues (despite repeated agreements from core developers to include EOF, there have been multiple objections from the community, and ACD has not effectively addressed these issues, indicating a lack of feedback mechanisms). It is understood that EOF stands for EVM Object Format, aimed at optimizing smart contracts bytecode, separating code and data, disabling dynamic jumps, and improving security, performance, and tool compatibility. It includes about 15 EIPs.
