Abstract Global Wallet has released a security update to restrict the use of session keys
According to Golden Finance, Abstract core contributor cygaar announced a major security improvement for Abstract Global Wallet on platform X, restricting the use of session keys to a set of approved apps. Cygaar said that session keys must be implemented correctly, otherwise they could pose a threat to user funds (similar to token approvals), so it was decided to whitelist access for the time being, and while these changes do not guarantee that wallets are 100% secure or risk-free to use (which is not possible), they will reduce the risk of being exposed to malicious session keys.
