On March 7th, Jinshi Data News, Mauro Valle, director of fixed income at Zhongli Investment, said that for the 10-year German government bond yield, 3% is a cautious level under the prospect of further dumping, or a level that can still be bought, which remains to be seen. Valle said, "At present, it is difficult to determine whether the German government bond yield close to 3% is still a defensive level or a buying opportunity." Investors massively dumping German government bonds pushed the 10-year German government bond yield to its highest level since October 2023. According to Tradeweb's data, the 10-year German government bond yield fell by 8 basis points on Friday to 2.817%.
