PANews reported on December 6 that according to documents submitted to the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) of the United States, Elon Musk's artificial intelligence company XAI announced the completion of a new round of financing, amounting to as high as $60 billion. This round of financing attracted 97 investors, with the minimum investment amount being $77,593. After this round of financing, XAI's valuation exceeds $400 billion. In May of this year, XAI completed a round of financing of the same scale, with a valuation of $24 billion. Existing investors include Sequoia Capital and Andreessen Horowitz, both of whom also participated in this round of financing. This funding is mainly used to support the construction of XAI's new supercomputing center in Memphis, which is referred to as the largest multi-billion dollar investment project in local history, attracting technology companies such as Nvidia, Dell, and AMD to layout here.
