Guojin Securities ( Hong Kong ) Limited holds business licenses issued by the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission, including: License No. 1: Securities trading; License No. 2: Futures contract trading; License No. 4: Providing advice on securities; License No. 6: Providing advice on institutional financing; License No. 9: Providing asset management.
The company will continue to actively expand its overseas business. By leveraging the advantages of its Hong Kong subsidiary, which holds licenses 1, 2, 4, 6, and 9, it has achieved efficient business collaboration, providing relatively comprehensive financing and investment services for the company’s overseas clients. The application for the aforementioned virtual asset-related trading licenses is still subject to approval by the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission.
