Abstract generation in progress

According to Mars Finance news, BSC has completed the Maxwell fork upgrade, which has improved transaction speed (block time reduced from 1.5 seconds to 0.75 seconds), enhanced network responsiveness, and optimized validator performance on BSC. This upgrade includes three main proposals: BEP-524, BEP-563, and BEP-564, each focusing on performance and scalability optimization. BEP-524 introduces faster inter-block intervals for near-instant transaction confirmations; BEP-563 strengthens the validator consensus process by enhancing peer-to-peer messaging and reducing the risk of missed votes and synchronization latency; BEP-564 introduces two new message types, including GetBlocksByRangeMsg and RangeBlocksMsg, to accelerate data synchronization across validator nodes.
