Institutions: The Federal Reserve (FED) may wait until December to cut interest rates, and will only cut 25 basis points this year.

During his testimony to Congress on Tuesday, Powell seemed to pour cold water on the prospect of a rate cut in July, rejecting President Trump's call for lower interest rates.
