Iranian state media: Trump "begged" for a ceasefire between Iran and Israel.

Gate News bot reported that Iranian state media announced on Tuesday that hours after Iran launched retaliatory attacks on the U.S. base in Qatar, Iran responded militarily to "U.S. aggression" and "implemented a ceasefire against the enemy."

A broadcaster from the Iranian National News Network stated during a live broadcast: "The Iranian Revolutionary Guard successfully carried out a missile operation in response to American aggression. Our dear people have demonstrated exemplary determination and unity in defending their land and have already implemented a ceasefire against the enemy."

The host did not disclose the specific time of the ceasefire. The host stated that shortly after Iran attacked the U.S. base at Al Udeid in Qatar, U.S. President Donald Trump "begged" for a ceasefire between Iran and Israel.

The host said: "Last night, just an hour after the Israeli missile successfully struck the Udeid base in Qatar, Trump requested a ceasefire in a pleading manner amid the war imposed on our country by Zionist hostile forces."
