Bitcoin ATM operator CoinFlip is seeking buyers, possibly selling for $1 billion.
According to Jinse Finance, citing informed sources reported by Bloomberg, Bitcoin ATM operator CoinFlip may join the Crypto Assets merger and acquisition frenzy, as the company is seeking a buyer for $1 billion. CoinFlip has hired a financial advisor to assist in completing the initial sale phase. Bloomberg reported that while CoinFlip aims to raise at least $1 billion, it is uncertain whether the company can achieve this goal and whether the sale can proceed smoothly. CoinFlip is the second largest Crypto Assets ATM operator, just behind Bitcoin Depot. According to CoinATMRadar, the latter maintains nearly 8,700 Bitcoin ATMs. Data from CoinATMRadar shows that CoinFlip's ATMs are spread across the globe, with about 5,600 locations, of which approximately 4,300 are located in the United States.
