On July 30, the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) confirmed receipt of an application allowing BlackRock's Ethereum Spot ETF to stake. Nate Geraci, president of The ETF Store, stated earlier this year that the ETH ETF staking would happen regardless. Under Trump's administration, this situation will occur more quickly.
